 PAYMENT METHODS

We gladly accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER and PAYPAL.

SHIPPING

SHIPPING RATES appear at Checkout.  Please note that FREE SHIPPING for orders over $150.00 will be shipped UPS Ground.  If you want your order shipped 1 or 2 day air, you will be billed for the charges over and above UPS Ground.

 Add $5.00 for 2-3 day or next business day shipments to Alaska or Hawaii.                                        

Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.

RETURN POLICY

If you are  not completely satisfied with an item you have received from our regular stock, you may return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange.  Returned items shipped from Blue Ribbon Fly Shop must be sent to BLUE RIBBON FLY SHOP, 1343 Highway 5 South, Mountain Home, AR  72653.  Returned items shipped from Casey Key Anglers and Outfitters must be sent to CASEY KEY ANGLERS AND OUTFITTERS, 820 Albee Road, Nokomis, FL  34275.  Special orders and sale items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturer's defect.  Manufacturers' warranties often require that a defective item be shipped directly to the manufacturer.  Please read warranty carefully upon arrival of order.  Rods with used cork handles cannot be returned unless they are defective.  Waders, boots, gear bags, etc. cannot be returned in used conditition.  Try on waders and boots indoors and on a clean surface to make sure they fit before using.
